Job summary

Crown Technical Systems in Fontana, CA, is seeking a Business Transformation Site Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at the local site, reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management.

You will lead ERP/PLM modernization, SAP S/4HANA integration, and data governance, partnering with IT and engineering to implement automation (AI/ML, RPA) and post‑M&A integration. A engineering/CS related degree and 5+ years in Agile/hybrid projects are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation roadmap and enterprise-wide programs across the site.
• Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill).
• Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance.
• Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML, RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
• Post-M&A integration and project execution at the site level.

The Business Transformation Site Lead, will be based in Fontana, Ca, reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management, will serve as the local site driver of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Transformation Leadership
• Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives.

• A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is critical to the success of this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other

Middleware Tools Is Preferred But Not Required.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
