Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer in Texas to design, develop and deliver a next-generation D365 ecosystem supporting enterprise operations. You will work across CE and ERP integrations, influence architecture, and set development standards.

The role involves building model-driven apps, plugins, and integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving data migration and deployment activities. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Understanding of CRM architecture, solution management and release processes.

Responsibilities

An established equipment dealership organisation is undertaking a significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation, modernising its technology landscape across both ERP and Customer Engagement platforms.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering a next-generation Dynamics ecosystem that will support business operations, customer engagement, field services, sales, and aftersales functions across a large multi-site enterprise.

You will be joining a growing Microsoft team at a pivotal stage of the programme and will have the opportunity to influence architecture, development standards, integrations, and future platform capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Build and customise model-driven applications using Power Platform technologies
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, integrations and extensions within the D365 CE environment
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, third-party applications and enterprise systems
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and optimisation activities
• Help define development best practices, governance and technical standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the long-term Microsoft roadmap

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Knowledge of integration technologies including Azure services and APIs
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Dynamics implementations and transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, solution management and release processes
• Ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with D365 Finance & Operations
• Knowledge of Field Service, Customer Service or Sales modules
• Microsoft certifications
• Experience within manufacturing, equipment, automotive, construction, dealer management or field service environments
