Our Business Transformation team is looking for a Business Transformation Manager. The role offers remote work within the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in standardization, process improvement, digital technologies, and a proven track record of successful transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and enhancing business performance through innovation and process improvements, focusing on standardization, centralization, automation, and AI.

The candidate must be flexible, collaborative, and open to adopting new ideas to solve complex problems. Strong project management skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and is part of the internal Business Transformation Office.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand operational structures and align with digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Developing and implementing transformation strategies.
  3. Leading and executing transformation projects from start to finish.
  4. Implementing change management strategies to promote adoption of new technologies.
  5. Driving continuous improvement and process innovation.
  6. Developing KPIs to measure progress and impact.
  7. Enhancing system capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
  8. Staying updated with industry developments and digital technology advancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business process or transformation consulting.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their business applications.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of data quality, accounting processes, systems, and controls.
  • Experience with facilitation and change management techniques.
