Coordinates and performs testing for major system enhancements, including reviewing documents for testing, creating test matrices, and executing test cases. Functions as a liaison between the operations areas and Information systems by researching technical production issues for immediate and long-term resolution. May also partner/communicate with other internal/external customers/plans.
Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a hybrid office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. Training for this role is onsite at 4101 Percival Road Columbia SC 29229. After the 6-week onsite training period, the role will be fully remote. Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.
