The position carries a 10% shift differential upon moving to the night schedule and requires a Bachelor's (or Master’s with related experience) in a manufacturing field and 4+ years of production experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• At least 6 years of production/manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops material delivery routes and coordinates the movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
• Demonstrates problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective action to resolve production interruptions.
• Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems.
• May assist with the establishment and maintenance of inventory control system.
• Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficiency of operation functions.
• Allocates staffing and coverage, foresee production issues and diminish downtime.
• Drives Safety improvements and strong culture of safety in Supply Chain.
• Communicates across multiple functions to meet production goals.
• Develops 5’s schedules and maintains 5’s in assigned stations.

Position Overview

As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develops material delivery routes and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• Demonstrate problem solving resolution, root cause analysis and corrective action to resolve and prevent production interruptions
• Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems
• May assist with the establishment and maintenance of inventory control system
• Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficiency of operation functions
• Allocates staffing and coverage, foresee production issues and diminish downtime
• Drive Safety improvements, behaviors and strong culture of safety in Supply Chain
• Communicate across multiple functions including General Assembly, Quality, Engineering and other production departments in manufacturing plant to ensure production goals are met
• Develops 5’s schedules and maintains 5’s in assigned stations

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of production/manufacturing experience

OR

• Master's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience

OR

• At least 6 years of production/manufacturing experience
