• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, construction, or a multi-location business is a plus.
• Formal PM training or certification is a plus but not required.
• At least five years' experience managing a professional team.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative problem solver to join our team as Manager, Business Systems & Transformation. This role will work across Star Lumber's different divisions and departments to help us improve how work gets done. The right person will enjoy learning how a business operates, asking good questions, bringing people together, simplifying processes, and helping turn ideas into real improvements. This person will serve as a bridge between our business teams, technology resources, data, and leadership. Some initiatives may involve implementing or improving technology, while others may focus primarily on process, data, communication, or organizational change. The goal isn't technology for technology's sake. It's helping Star operate more efficiently, consistently, and as one company.

A Typical Day Might Include

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and works across Star Lumber's businesses and functional teams.
