  • 2-5 years of Facets Platform experience required.

We Are Hiring
  • Department: Information Systems
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday, Remote, (extended hours as needed when deliverables are due)
  • Facility:Automated Benefit Services (ABS)
What You Will Do

As a Facets Business Systems Senior Analyst, you'll serve as a key resource for an assigned customer area to understand and explain business and technical issues and to provide viable technology solutions.

  • Work with customers to clarify and plan for their current and future technology needs.
  • Determine and map existing business processes/functions and recommend changes required to fit a tightly integrated system.
  • Design and implement projects requiring systems integration, small teams and multiple technical platforms.
  • Collaborate on driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals.
  • Assume a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value.
  • Coordinate with a functional team to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry and business process trends and is able to apply that knowledge to existing business processes.
  • Knowledgeable of Health Insurance from a payor point of view.
  • Understands Facets front and back end systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft SQL.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences

Additional preferences:

  • 2-3 years of SQL Writing experience, required.
  • 2-3 years of writing business and technical requirements experience, required.
  • 2-3 years of compliance and regulatory experience, required.
  • 2-5 years of Facets Platform experience, required.
  • 2-5 years of working with a health plan organization experience, required.
  • Understands Facets front and back-endsystems.
