  • Experience with large language model (LLM) implementation, prompt engineering, or AI tool administration in a business context.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, automations, documentation, and training materials for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
  • Experience administering FormAssembly, including Salesforce Connectors (prefill and post‑submission), HTTP Connectors, and basic CSS customization.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Monday.com automations.
  • Experience with Make.com or similar integration and workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience managing third‑party technology vendors and consultants.
