SATO America, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Project Manager to lead ERP, CRM, reporting, and automation projects. You will partner with business leaders and IT to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives, ensure governance, and coordinate resources across sites.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong process skills, and travel to multiple SATO sites in the US. A PMP and Power Platform familiarity are preferred.

Business Systems Project Manager

Hybrid role

Base Pay $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 / Year

Travel 25%

Position Summary

The Business Systems Project Manager leads business application and digital transformation initiatives across SATO America. This role partners with business leaders and technical teams to successfully deliver ERP, CRM, reporting, automation, and operational improvement projects.

The position will play a key role in future Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives while ensuring project governance, change management, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

25% travel associated with this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business systems projects from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success measures.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate steering committee and executive status meetings.

ERP & D365 Initiatives

• Support ERP modernization projects.
• Lead D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation and enhancement activities.
• Coordinate integrations between ERP, CRM, reporting, and manufacturing systems.
• Support testing, training, and adoption activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Experience, and IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution plans.
• Manage vendors, consultants, and external implementation partners.

Change Management

• Develop communication and training plans.
• Ensure organizational readiness for system changes.

PMO & Governance

• Track project budgets and milestones.
• Ensure projects follow established methodologies and governance practices.

Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Strong business process and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Travel within the US to our other 4 SATO sites.

Preferred

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

SATO contributes approximately 75% to the cost of employees’ health insurance coverage along with 100% company paid Life & AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a pre-tax Health Savings Account with an employer contribution of $500.00 or $1,000.00 depending on elected medical coverage.

SATO will match 100%/dollar-for-dollar of your 401(k)-deferral amount of the first 3% of your pay and an additional match of 50%/$.50 on the next 2% of your pay. For example, if you defer 5% of your pay into the 401(k) Plan, SATO will make a 4% matching contribution.
