Job summary

BeMobile, Inc is seeking a Business Systems Developer to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that streamline workflows and improve system functionality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, build reports, automate processes, and document changes to support end users and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years hands-on systems development experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional IT solutions.
• Experience in system configuration, automation, reporting, and testing procedures.
• Strong documentation skills including user stories and process flows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and end-user training abilities.
• Occasional travel to support team collaboration and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business teams to understand challenges and gather requirements.
• Develop solutions by configuring systems, building reports, and automating workflows.
• Test and validate changes to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with end users to refine solutions and ensure usability.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Computer Science or Information Systems)
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in systems development, IT, or a similar technical role
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise in:
• Website management (WordPress, JavaScript, hosting, and web security)
• Network infrastructure, including firewall administration, VPN setup, and SD-WAN platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki)
• Google Workspace administration, including user/group management and policy controls
• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including use of VBA or Google Apps Scripts
• Skilled in translating business needs into functional solutions using approved tools and platforms
• Experienced in system configuration, automation, report building, and structured testing procedures
• Strong background in technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, and QA procedures
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing workflows and reducing inefficiencies
• Effective cross-functional communicator, able to work closely with both technical teams and non-technical business users
• Adept at presenting technical findings in a clear, user-friendly manner and ensuring high levels of end‑user adoption and satisfaction
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to travel occasionally to support team collaboration, system implementation, and organizational needs

• Develop solutions, whether configuring systems, building reports, or automating workflows.
• Test and validate systems to ensure everything works as intended.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
• Monitor implemented changes to track their impact and suggest future enhancements.
