Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join Wealth Asset Management Engineering. You will collaborate with Product Owners and translate business needs into technical designs across middle office, portfolio management, trading, and operations.

You will work with VestmarkONE and internal applications, support Agile Scrum teams, develop UATs, and document technical processes while ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions for Schwab Asset Management technology.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience as a business analyst in investment management.
1-2 years Schwab technology domain experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Managed Account products and strategies.
Expert level knowledge of VestmarkONE SaaS and third-party integrations.
Proficient with Agile Scrum and working in an Agile team.
Experience creating workflows with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

Support new and existing Managed Account products on the VestmarkONE SaaS platform and internal apps.
Work as a development team member on an Agile Scrum team.
Collaborate with Product Owners to break down features into deliverable components.
Translate business requirements into technical designs for developers.
Analyze features for edge cases and hidden requirements.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet specs.
Develop User Acceptance Tests and write technical documentation.
