What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a key role in solving complex system problems using SDLC methodology
• Lead a team of analysts and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document system requirements
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other members of the Claims team and business systems
• Engage in discussions regarding claims systems solutions and obtain sign-off from all impacted parties
• Manage project scope, prioritize tasks, and drive trade-off discussions with project teams
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of functional system requirements analysis experience
• Experience with Prime claims systems
• Ability to work independently on complex projects and provide oversight to a team
• Expert communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
