Qualificações

• Understanding of revenue cycle processes from scheduling to accounts receivable.

Position Overview

Saama is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support revenue cycle optimization initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective communication and understanding between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and interfaces, along with foundational technical knowledge of computer systems and applications. This individual will be comfortable partnering with both business and IT teams to analyze requirements, support system enhancements, and help translate technical concepts into business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system workflows, and application interfaces.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems, software applications, data flow concepts, and system integrations.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively translate them into business requirements and solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes, including scheduling, registration, billing, claims, and accounts receivable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow (not required and can be learned on the job).
• Familiarity with healthcare applications, revenue cycle platforms, or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data mapping, interfaces, or database concepts.
• Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to healthcare technology environments and cross-functional project teams.
