Key duties include providing global front-line EBS support, resolving complex issues, and coordinating with GT, business partners, and vendors. Travel and cycling interest are a plus in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise.
• Experience with EBS upgrade cycles.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects.
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred).
• Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations.
• Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus.

Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBS Role Overview

Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
• Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
• Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
• Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations: California Base Pay Range: ($105,000 - $163,000 )
