Specialized Bicycle Components seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) across global operations from Morgan Hill, CA. You will drive solution design, lead testing, and coordinate with stakeholders to enable operations and drive innovation.

In this role, you will resolve mission-critical issues, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with partners and vendors. Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is required to navigate LATAM markets and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise.
• Experience with EBS upgrade cycles.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects.
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred).
• Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations.
• Knowledge of Brazil tax regulations is a plus.

Role Overview

Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
• Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
• Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
• Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
• Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
• Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
• Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus

Functional Expertise

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Financials (GL, AP, AR)

Tools & Systems

• JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
• Confluence (requirements and documentation)

PAY

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: ($105,000 - $163,000 )
