What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide ongoing support for assigned systems and serve as a subject matter expert for major ERP systems
2. Lead teams that provide production support for applications, both developed internally and by vendors
3. Conduct thorough diagnoses of business problems and anticipate implementation obstacles
4. Mentor and guide junior team members while leading efforts to define functional requirements
5. Collaborate on strategic growth plans and advise management on staffing variances

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
2. Advanced expertise in requirements elicitation and structured documentation techniques
3. Strong understanding of applications environments and project life cycle processes
4. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent relevant work experience
5. Previous experience with HR/Finance systems knowledge and terminology preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in healthcare administration or a healthcare environment
2. Full lifecycle implementation experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP solutions
3. Ability to mine and manipulate data effectively
4. Knowledge of ITIL terminology and processes
5. CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications
