• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance; other JD Edwards modules a plus.
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools; understands how JDE works with broader tech env.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects while keeping scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working with a global team across functions, locations, and levels.
• Self-directed and organized; able to manage competing priorities and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment without losing details.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the Business: understand key financial processes including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting ops.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency; measure results with KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: evaluate options and collaborate with ERP development team to design practical, value-adding solutions.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and training, drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality and automation.
• Lead JDE Projects: own JD Edwards initiatives from requirements through implementation; manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality, with stakeholder updates.
• Keep Improving: bring best practices into organization and translate into measurable improvements.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep process and user docs current; ensure JD Edwards data is accurate, standardized, reliable.
• Stay Current with JDE: track releases, new functionality, industry best practices; identify valuable capabilities.
• Support Security & Compliance: ensure JD Edwards processes meet security and regulatory requirements, including change management and outages.
• Connect the Dots: act as JDE SME for finance and collaborate with Global IS, Operations, Application Eng., finance, and other teams.
• Deliver Business Impact: help build system capabilities that enable growth and improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The Financial Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing JD Edwards to support evolving business needs, with a focus on accounting, finance, and process improvement. IDEAL PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with JD Edwards financial modules / processes, strong relationship-building and listening skills, an ability to work independently, and a high attention to detail to ensure quality of delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Business: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions. Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria, and create process maps when needed.
• Know the Business: Understand key financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency. Help the business get more value from JD Edwards and measure results through meaningful KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: Use your JD Edwards expertise to evaluate options and work with the ERP development team to design practical solutions that address business needs and support company objectives.
• Support & Train Users: Provide hands‑on support and training, help users get the most from JD Edwards, and drive adoption of new functionality, automation, and system enhancements.
