Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a business analyst to identify, analyze and document business processes and requirements. The role assists with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements, using research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help resolve production issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead process redesigns, test and train users, and communicate with leadership to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 5+ years experience with large enterprise systems
• Hands on experience with system implementation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process redesign and assist in implementing solutions. This includes setting priorities and preparing functional flow diagrams/maps and other documents to capture departmental standards, processes and methodologies.
• Recommend, test, train, document, implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems.
• Participate in or lead project cross-functional project teams.
• Participate in the design, creation and maintenance of the Back Office and EnterpriseSystems productsand activities.
• Work with leadership to develop strategies to support Companyneeds.
• Serve as liaison between department and internalclient groups, other departmentand vendors.
• Train department on system access and utilization, including report writing.
