Business Systems Analyst II - People Operations

Gray Construction is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support our People Operations Team.

What We Expect… (Essential Functions)

This role involves evaluating, supporting, and streamlining business processes and systems related to Gray’s Human Capital Management solution (UKG) and other HR systems. The goal is to enhance the experience for the business and Gray team members by improving collaboration. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert on UKG reporting, data analytics, and configuring new functionalities, implementing data-driven solutions to ensure compliance, and maintaining internal audits for data integrity through collaboration with HR and the organization.

The analyst will oversee and maintain the performance of UKG, addressing questions and resolving complex issues. They will work closely with HR to understand processes, interpret data, and develop solutions that add value to the business.

• Supports and optimizes business processes and systems related to Gray’s Human Capital Management solutions (UKG) and other HR applications, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, security, and upgrades. Must have detailed knowledge of UKG modules and other HR systems.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing these duties, team members are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and communicate verbally. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be necessary. Lifting up to 50 pounds is occasionally required. Vision requirements include close vision. The environment is a typical office setting with moderate noise and controlled temperature/humidity. Overtime may be necessary.
