Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking an IT/Business Analyst to align information technology solutions with strategic initiatives. You will analyze business processes, document needs, and participate in system design, testing, deployment, and training.

You will work with stakeholders to identify requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with three or more years of related experience in information security; or equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and executes business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with company initiatives.
• Writes, tests, and modifies programming codes as necessary.
• Consults with stakeholders to identify business needs, data scope, and requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize and streamline business systems and processes.
• Develops, prepares, and conducts training on computer hardware and software usage.
