Locally based, you will liaison with multiple departments, document business needs, develop cases, and support project delivery. A degree in IS and 1–3 years of BA experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems, Management Information System, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years business analyst experience, with some business systems analysis exp.
• 3-5 years business analyst experience, with some business systems analysis exp.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key liaison to other departments that have specific business functions.
• Collaborate with departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.
• Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements.
• Plan, facilitate and execute system / functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements.
• Coordinate tactical-related business requests for IT development enhancements.
• Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions and processes.
