Pay Range: $50 - $54 per hour
Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst with a strong background in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, creating test scripts, and working with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)—with a strong preference for PeopleSoft experience. This role will play a key part in the successful delivery and implementation of HR technology projects by ensuring quality assurance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for HR technology projects.
Develop detailed test plans and scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to validate outcomes.
Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and communicate results effectively.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure integration of HRMS functionalities.
Utilize HR systems (ideally PeopleSoft) for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Document test results, defects, and enhancement requests; follow up on fixes.
Train and support end-users on new system features.
Participate in project meetings and provide UAT insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to improve processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field .
At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on HRMS.
Strong preference for PeopleSoft experience.
Proven experience leading UAT and developing test scripts.
Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, employee data).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiar with SDLC and agile methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
SQL/database knowledge is a plus.
Additional Info:
Primary responsibility includes coordinating testing across multiple downstream systems, starting with PeopleSoft.
Must be able to validate system functionality, ensure appropriate user access across different profiles, and manage end-to-end testing processes.
