What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirement analysis
- Build understanding of business processes, compliance, and workflows to apply in daily activities
- Assist in creating test plans, test scripts, and perform testing for system enhancements and maintenance
- Communicate and present information effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles
- Understanding of business and technical processes to meet business objectives, including familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes, and tools
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Disability or other types of Insurance Claims handling, preferably with FINEOS
- Prior experience with Mutual of Omaha’s Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
- Experience writing business and technical requirements for code changes
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related business analysis frameworks
