Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-user requirements and translate them into operational applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to research and deliver functional needs
- Extract, analyze, and report data to support decision-making
- Audit and evaluate program implementation for Quality Assurance and compliance
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Smartsheet solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing solutions
- Work with multiple product teams and adapt to new platforms
- Manage solution backlog and prioritize tasks
- Handle system changes, documentation, and communication
- Oversee projects related to system enhancements and testing
- Develop reporting solutions and create dashboards
- Deliver demos and training sessions
- Manage access controls and ensure data privacy
- Document solution configurations and instructions
- Resolve Smartsheet functionality issues and stay updated on capabilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years using Smartsheet with advanced features
- Proficiency in Smartsheet development and reporting
- Smartsheet Certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
- Basic SQL and data analysis knowledge
- Understanding of database structures and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Knowledge of data privacy and security practices
- Excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload), private workspace.
