Zenith American Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst to write requirements for software items, test changes, and support client needs. The role develops system changes using RPGLE and SQL, analyzes data files, and coordinates with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years in a BSA role or third party administrator experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management concepts.
• Basic database knowledge and ability to work with SQL; data analysis skills expected.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and independent judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze programming changes and test accuracy of updates.
• Develop system changes using RPGLE and SQL; provide onsite infrastructure support.
• Test fixes and collaborate with programmers to ensure quality.
• Analyze data files, write change requirements, and coordinate with vendors/clients.
• Design, generate and evaluate reports, queries, and periodic processes.
• Assist in new client implementations and end-user training and support.
• Document processes and participate in special projects as assigned.
