Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Requirements Analyst to collaborate with project stakeholders to document business and system requirements, including PHI/PII access controls. The role emphasizes needs assessment, process modeling, and end-user support across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will translate diverse perspectives into formal requirements, participate in reviews, and help ensure the delivered system meets documented expectations, with remote work optional.

Qualifications

• Understanding of compliance/regulatory IT infrastructure.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
• Ability to gather and analyze business processes and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate perspectives into a requirements specification and communicate test results.
• Develop workflow and process diagrams to support business needs.
• Provide end-user support by email, phone, chat, or in person.
