Job Summary:

Join our Corporate Treasury Team as a System Business Analyst specializing in Fixed Income, Repos, and Vendor Trading Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting requirements, collaborating with developers, and coordinating testing efforts to ensure the seamless operation of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Current state analysis and assessing future problems.
• Define, document, and write functional specifications based on gathered requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and the IT team to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead requirements validation, manage scope throughout project lifecycle, and develop common standards.
• Conduct current state analysis, create screen mockups, and assess future system challenges.
• Document all requirements comprehensively and liaise with technology partners internally and externally.
• Collaborate with various teams including administration, technology, and operations for successful project delivery.
• Participate in system releases, conduct system integration testing, and organize user acceptance testing.
• Utilize strong communication skills to produce clear written business requirements and functional specifications.
• Understand business processes & workflows while demonstrating proficiency in SQL for data mapping.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience in Fixed Income, Repos, and Vendor Trading systems.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work independently or within a distributed team setting.
• Need to know SQL and the ability to Map Data.
• Understanding of Structured Finance business operations preferred.
