Location: Remote or Foster City, CA (Locals Only)

Experience: 9–20 years required

• Veeva CTMS/eTMF Management – Experience in system configurations, user support, and compliance.
• Data Integrity & Migration – Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, validation, cleanup, and seamless migration.
• Project Execution & Management – Ability to lead projects, track deliverables, and resolve system/data issues.
• Data Quality Analysis – Identifying data issues, remediation, and reporting improvements (Good to have).
• Soft Skills: Strong adaptability, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience Range: Minimum 6–8 years in relevant Veeva CTMS/eTMF and data migration work.
