Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand workflows across business units and map current vs future state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT systems.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop test plans and scripts, document defects, and support resolution.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business units to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Interface with technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Document processes using structured methodologies (e.g., process maps).
• Facilitate discussions for defining future state processes.
