PNC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its SRC organization. The role is based in Birmingham, AL with in-office collaboration across multiple hubs and will partner with stakeholders to map current and future processes and drive change initiatives that maximize value.

You will develop change management plans, coordinate UAT, create training materials, and work with IT and business leaders to ensure successful releases and sustainable adoption across affected teams.

Qualifications

• Translates client requirements into functional docs and participates in designs.
• Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests applications and workflows.
• Monitors operations and troubleshoots issues during implementation.
