Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, CS, engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related function.
• Experience within pre-employment screening, HR services, healthcare, or compliance preferred.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Support Agile lifecycle including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
