Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to optimize Finance processes and reporting solutions across the department.

You will partner with Finance teams, maintain and test systems, and drive automation using SQL, VBA, Python, and Power BI in a fast-paced, on-site role in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve technology processes for the department, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve user issues to support Finance operations.
• Maintain and test various department software systems to ensure correct setup and reliable performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
