Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Business Systems Analyst at its Pleasant Prairie HQ to optimize Finance processes and reporting solutions.

You will partner with the Finance teams on key projects, analyze data, and improve workflows using SQL, Power BI, and automation. This on-site role offers strong benefits and opportunities to grow with a stable, established company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL; experience with VBA, Python, and Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Experience in a B2B environment is an asset.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
