Uline is seeking a Business Process Analyst to translate data and streamline Finance operations. You’ll design and maintain finance processes and tools, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

With a focus on data-driven decision making, you will work to improve efficiency and accuracy, supporting strategic initiatives across the Finance organization. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in Finance, BI, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in Python, Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) preferred.
