Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive payments-focused digital solutions. You will translate business needs into user stories, define APIs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and client teams in a remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business/technical analysis within payments or fintech, strong SQL/data analysis skills, and solid Agile/Scrum experience to guide end-to-end delivery of scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Systems Analyst.
• Experience in payments, banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, and system architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working with legacy/mainframe and modern technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Understand end-to-end payment and transaction flows, including fraud, risk, holds, and settlement.
• Define and document APIs, integrations, system workflows, and dependencies.
• Analyze legacy systems and identify opportunities for modernization and automation.
• Use SQL and data analysis to investigate issues and validate business outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Support production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and client stakeholders.
• Communicate requirements, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly.

Job Details:

We re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in financial services/payments, Agile delivery, and technology-driven solutions. You ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and client teams to deliver scalable digital payment solutions.
