Job Description :

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting healthcare scheduling and policy management systems. This role is focused on maintaining and enhancing legacy scheduling solutions while a new advanced scheduling system is being implemented.

You'll be part of a small support team responsible for system sustainment, issue resolution, and enhancement efforts related to critical healthcare staffing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day application support for staff scheduling systems
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve system issues
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve scheduling operations
• Support policy management systems and ensure compliance documentation is maintained

Ideal Background:

• Experience with healthcare scheduling platforms such as:
• Symplr Staffing & Scheduling
• Familiarity with UKG Advanced Scheduler is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and scheduling needs
• Strong support/troubleshooting experience with a collaborative mindset
