Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to bridge manufacturing operations, plant users, and the IT team to maximize ERP value.

This role requires 7+ years in ERP/BA, deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Travel to manufacturing locations is expected about once per month.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and manufacturing personnel.

Business Systems Analyst — Manufacturing ERP

Remote or St. Louis, MO - remote work with periodic travel to St. Louis/locations may be considered.

Direct Hire/Perm

Travel and hybrid office work – must have valid Enhanced ID or Passport Card

• Key liaison between manufacturing operations, plant users, and the IT team, helping to understand business needs, improve processes, and maximize the value of its ERP technology.
• Requires experience working with manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
