Job summary

Confer is seeking an IT consultant with mortgage banking expertise to advise on technology strategy and optimize IT initiatives. You will collaborate with in-house staff, design architectures, train users, and document processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT consulting, strong problem-solving across hardware, software, and networks, and PM experience. A relevant degree is required; MBA/ MSc is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven IT consultation experience.
• Experience in mortgage banking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with various operating systems and databases.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• BSc/BA in computer science, IT, or a relevant field.
• MSc/MBA in business is an advantage.
