Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Solutions & Automations team. In this remote-friendly role, you will support global sourcing operations by optimizing enterprise platforms, improving workflows, and driving automation to increase efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, lead US-based projects, and gain exposure to procurement technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions as part of a growing, innovative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow-based systems.
• Experience with system testing, validation, workflow execution, and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of enhancements and workflows
• Create, configure, execute, and track business assessments within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Oracle
• Support day-to-day workflow execution and system operations while ensuring process accuracy and efficiency
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements in partnership with business and technical teams

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow-based systems
• Experience supporting system testing, validation, workflow execution, and business process automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Experience within sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or shared services environments
• Experience configuring or enhancing ServiceNow workflows or Oracle-based processes
• Familiarity with workflow automation technologies and AI-enabled tools
• Experience supporting system enhancements, platform upgrades, and releases
• Exposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office environment with prolonged periods of computer and telephone use. This role operates in a collaborative remote environment and requires regular interaction with global stakeholders.
