As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will translate needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and help deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis, Defining Requirements, Documenting Requirements, Data Mapping and Data Modeling.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure project goals are clearly understood and executed.
• Manage and oversee the technical execution of multiple IT-related projects and initiatives.
• Analyze business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Create detailed requirements documentation, process flows, data mappings, and system integration specifications.
• Support project planning, execution, and tracking activities while ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Microsoft Word, and Excel to support project and requirements management.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify risks, raise critical questions, and drive resolution of issues that could impact project success.

• Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Details: $44.88 per hour
