Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 12+ month contract, remote in the United States. You will define and implement business processes within a regulated environment, emphasizing governance, oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include governing APIs, establishing standards, and coordinating across teams using SharePoint and JIRA. You will translate industry best practices into actionable organizational standards and help drive alignment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience defining and implementing business processes in regulated industries.
• Experience with APIs in governance, operational, or oversight roles.
• Proven ability to establish processes, standards, and controls for technical initiatives.
• Proficient with SharePoint for documentation management.
• Proficient with JIRA for initiative tracking.
• Strong collaboration and ability to liaise with diverse teams.
