Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business objectives into effective system and process solutions. Elicits, analyzes, and validates business requirements to support project delivery and operational improvements. Develops documentation and process models to guide implementation efforts. Contributes to testing, communication, and solution optimization activities.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement required. Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations required.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification preferred.
