Job summary

Carriage Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role supports our Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 BC, OneStream and reporting systems and offers a hybrid work arrangement with Fridays work-from-home.

You will troubleshoot, optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes, gather requirements, support testing and UAT, and collaborate with developers on enhancements to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Science.
• 5–10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Experience with Dynamics Business Central and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Central support resource across core business functions.
• Troubleshoot system issues related to transactions, configurations, permissions, and workflows.
• Optimize processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory/warehouse operations.
• Gather requirements, support testing, UAT, and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and developers on enhancements and release readiness.
