Role Overview

The IT Liaison acts as the main link between the Production Engineering Business Unit (PEBU) and IT teams, ensuring the reliable delivery of IT systems, software, and support across manufacturing operations in North America.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software packaging standards, lead deployment processes, address systemic IT issues with data-driven solutions, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Lead IT training programs, establish organizational support structures, and develop the PEBU IT strategy aligned with business goals. Manage software profiles tailored to departmental needs and prioritize IT initiatives through regular stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in IT or related field, with 8+ years of experience in business systems or IT roles. Strong understanding of business process documentation, customer service concepts, and cross-functional teamwork. Ability to analyze systemic issues and implement effective solutions.

Work Conditions

Onsite role with minimal travel, occasional plant floor support, and flexible work-from-home options. Overtime may be necessary.
