Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business applications projects from intake through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and prioritize an active portfolio of application initiatives and enhancements.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Gather and document business requirements to support process improvements and technology solutions.
• Identify system gaps, operational inefficiencies, and application improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, enhancements, and technology investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure applications align with business needs and objectives.
• Monitor application performance, adoption, integrations, and business impact.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for software vendors and technology partners.
• Support vendor evaluations, implementations, licensing discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and workload coordination for project support staff.
• Drive user adoption through communication, training support, and change management efforts.

• Understanding of SaaS platforms, system integrations, application dependencies, and enterprise technology environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and confidently drive projects to completion
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working onsite and collaborating in person with business leaders
