Responsibilities

1. Collaborative Product Discovery

   Work closely with stakeholders to understand new product goals, gather insights, and help define technical and functional needs from the ground up.

2. Process Mapping & Requirements Definition

   Translate complex business and technical requirements into structured user stories and workflows. Define what success looks like for each story and ensure all components are testable and traceable.

3. Cross-Team Communication & Ownership

   Coordinate with multiple teams across the organization—including PMs, QA, and development—to ensure smooth delivery from concept through testing and launch.

4. Change Management Experience

   Bring a proactive approach to managing change requests, assessing impact on scope, and refining deliverables as needed while keeping teams aligned.

5. Strong Communication & Team Skills

   Looking for someone who is solution-oriented, thrives in team settings, and can communicate clearly and effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

6. Going through what data is going to be shared from what systems, what the end user experience is going to be, and system for someone managing the process, map system dependencies, translate technical requirements into clear definition of done for the user stories in ADO, responsible for traceability from requirements to design to use cases for testing.
