JD:

Technology Business Analyst + Tester

10+ years' experience as Business Analyst preferably in insurance domain with good knowledge in New Business, Claims etc.

Life Insurance business analysis (if annuities, much better) with hands-on testing experience.

1. Participate in requirement gathering and design thinking workshops.
2. Manage functional product backlog and support in maintaining functional designs.
3. Create, manage user stories and validate development & test scenarios.
4. Strong communication skills to provide show and tell to business, knowledge transfer to development and other teams.
5. Selecting or identifying areas/test cases for automation.
6. Designing & implementing test automation strategy.
7. Creating test plan and getting approvals.
8. Perform testing for the releases.
