Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Business Systems Analysis Senior Specialist to join the Dallas/Westlake, Texas team. The role requires extensive experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst and brokerage domain knowledge.

You will gather requirements, craft user stories, and coordinate UAT sessions while collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver complex enterprise software solutions. In‑office work in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Brokerage domain experience required.
• 8+ years overall experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work full‑time in‑office in Texas.
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills and data querying from relational databases.
• Experience with generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of brokerage domain experience as a Systems Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA).
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Willingness and ability to comply with Fidelity's evolving workplace expectations, including full‑time in‑office work in Texas.
• Gather requirements for new features or enhancements for a portfolio construction platform for data analysis.
• Coordinate and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams.
• 8 years advanced experience as a Systems Analyst supporting the development of complex enterprise software solutions.
• B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Brokerage experience and familiarity with trading capabilities strongly preferred.
• Research, optimize, develop, and author solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Experience with various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use‑case development, story writing, system set‑up & configuration, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Solid grasp and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), querying relational databases, and general programming.
• Proven experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality.
• Experience collaborating with the User Design team to gather and communicate user requirements, finalize front‑end interfaces, ensure consistent user experience across platforms, and work with design tools such as Figma.
