Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to elicit and document requirements for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will bridge business teams with AI/ML and engineering, shaping functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will also collaborate with data scientists to translate challenges into AI/ML use cases, define KPIs, and support dashboards and reports. Strong communication across levels is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business/ Systems Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• 3+ years of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, analytics workflows, and modern digital platforms.
• 5+ years proven experience across the product development lifecycle (requirements, design, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support).
• 5+ years ability to translate complex business processes into functional and technical requirements.
• 5+ years strong analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret and present insights to drive business solutions.
• 5+ years excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Description:

Day to Day job Duties & Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Elicit, gather, and document business requirements for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the bridge between business teams, AI/ML teams, product owners, and engineering.
• Participate in solutioning workshops to align business needs with technical capabilities.

AI/ML & Data Solution Support

• Work with data scientists to translate business challenges into AI/ML use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Assist in model validation, data quality checks, feature inputs, and business interpretation of model results.
• Help define KPIs, measurement criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven processes.
• Support development of analytics dashboards, reporting frameworks, and decision-support tools.

Project Execution & Collaboration

• Support solution design activities including process optimization, automation, and data transformation.
• Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and transformation for system inputs/outputs.
• Participate in and support all testing cycles including functional testing, UAT, and regression.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct stakeholder training sessions.
• Assist in project planning, tracking activities, documentation preparation, and project communication.

Implementation & Post-Implementation

• Support integrations between AI systems, enterprise platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Monitor system performance, help troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and enhancements.

Basic Qualification

• 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• 3+ years exp. for AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, analytics workflows, and modern digital platforms.
• 5+ yrs Proven experience working across the product development lifecycle (requirements, design, UAT, golive, and postimplementation support).
• 5+ yrs -Ability to understand, analyze, and translate complex business processes into functional and technical requirements.
• 5+ yrs -Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret, and present insights to drive business solutions.
• 5+ yrs -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• 5+ yrs -Experience with data analysis, KPI definition, dashboarding, and converting analytical findings into business value.
• 5+ yrs -Familiarity with predictive modelling, AI solution use cases, automation opportunities, and workflow optimization.
• 5+ yrs -Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, data science, and product teams in fast-paced environments.

Optional / Good-to-Have

• 4+ yrs Experience in RPA, intelligent automation, in Healthcare.
• Background in product-based or platform-based solution design.
• 3+ yrs exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), Product Ownership, or Agile.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is (60 -70 $ W2 range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
