FirstBank seeks a Business Support Rep to assist VI Loan Operations with clerical tasks, data entry for auto and insurance loans, and daily reconciliations. You will support wire processing, general ledger activities and QA reviews to ensure accurate records.
The role requires 1–2 years in similar clerical or loan-processing work, with a solid grasp of banking regulations and data entry accuracy. A high school diploma is required; Fannie Mae servicing certification is a plus.

Provide operational and customer service support by performing clerical and administrative tasks, for the purpose of assisting with unit-specific processes and supporting other department personnel in the ECR and PR regions. In addition, to the Government of the VI personnel at the Lieutenant Governor’s office, Insurance companies (locally and overseas) exchanging and verifying information.
The job function also includes boarding (data entry) of auto and insurance loans for ECR regions to the host system (ASP) and next day verification of same. Preparation and processing of outgoing wire transfers, financial transactions and general ledger accounts monitoring and monthly reconciliation. Quality Assurance (QA) review of personnel loans booked by branches; validation of documents received and custody of same; safekeeping of files and physical collateral complying with Bank’s procedure and guidelines required to obtain and maintain satisfactory audit ratings. Accountable for adhering to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned
